1. Service Description

TipsyKings ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") is a sports analytics platform that provides statistical analysis and data-driven insights for football (soccer) player prop markets, including fouls committed and yellow cards. Our analysis is generated using a proprietary Bayesian Poisson model.

TipsyKings does NOT provide financial advice, betting advice, or gambling recommendations. All information presented on this platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Any decision to place a bet is made entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use TipsyKings.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to gambling laws.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to redistribute, resell, or publicly share TipsyKings picks or analysis without our prior written consent.

3. Subscription & Payments

TipsyKings may offer paid subscription plans that grant access to premium features and analysis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through our payment processor (Stripe).

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIPSYKINGS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Any betting or wagering decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
• Any financial losses, including but not limited to gambling losses.
• Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in statistical data or analysis.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TipsyKings, including but not limited to statistical models, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TipsyKings and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TipsyKings operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
